You may already know that major earthquakes in Kumamoto, Japan and Ecuador both happened on April 16. These massive earthquakes have brought unprecedented damages. Kumamoto has been experiencing more than 1000 jolts since April 14 and the secondary disaster by Ecuador earthquake has further increased the casualties and deaths in the flood.
We artists are able to donate the sales proceeds of our art works to support the  reconstruction of the affected areas.
We hope that good intentions will lead through art.

Ms. Kazuko Miyamoto, the owner of gallery onetwentyeight in Lower East Side in Manhattan made possible this fund-raising art event/exhibition.
We encourage you to inform of this event to many fellow artists and hope they will participate.

Artworks will be priced from $20-100.
We will donate the sales through Japan Society Relief Fund and Unicef.
Buyers can choose how they want to donate 100% to Kumamoto, 100% to Ecuador, or 50% each to Kumamoto and Ecuador.

Art or music performance is welcome too!

Please contact to artholdshands@gmail.com as soon as possible, if you would like to participate in helping earthquake victims.
